Elm Street Tattoo was opened in 1996 by Oliver Peck and Dean Williams creating a tattoo shop with a standard above the rest. It has operated non-stop as the Best Tattoo Shop in Dallas, TX since then!
Owner Oliver Peck still tattoos there part-time, throw several events throughout the year, and host guest artists from all over the world in the shop. Currently there is a rotating cast of artists, who are skilled in many styles from American Traditional, Traditional Japanese, line work and Black & Gray.
The shop is known for its quality of work and great atmosphere. Appointment info can be found in artist profiles and on this website, walk-ins are available every day first come first serve.
